Any recent attempt I’ve made has been mostly rebuked when it comes to speaking to her. There’s actually a lot of subtext in that line. Somehow her opinion of me changed and she thinks certain things about me that aren’t true. She’d see that if she just thought about it, but I don’t think she does anymore. 

I guess neither one of us were who we thought they were or who they wanted us to be.
